Career Study-Third Period

What do I want to be when I grow up? This is probably something you have asked yourself many times or maybe you've never really thought about it. Either way, now is the time to start planning for your future.

Have you really looked in depth into what career fits your skills, talents, and interests? If not, you will explore this in 8th grade Language Arts.

Maybe your career interests will change, but now you will know how to research a career and start setting goals to be a huge success at whatever you decide to do!

Post your career ideas below and your classmates and teacher will respond! Happy Blogging!

Literature Circle Books

Hello LA Bloggers,
As I plan the next literature circle unit, I want your feedback. If you could please take the time to answer the following questions, I will definitely take your suggestions into consideration when planning the next round.

* What book did you read? Rate it from 1-10 with 10 being the highest. Why?
* What did you like most about meeting in a group to discuss your book?
* What did you like least about meeting in a group to discuss your book?
* Do you have any suggestions for improving literature circles?

Please keep in mind that constructive criticism is the most helpful. Ex: I hated my book. (is not constructive)

Thanks Blogsters!
